At Medicover Hospital, future parents can be sure of the comprehensive care of gynaecologists, obstetricians and midwives. They can also enrol in a modern birth school.
In order to meet the needs of all carers preparing for the birth of their babies, we have enriched our offer with Baby First Aid Course.
At Medicover Hospital’s Birth School, we conduct classes for both women preparing for childbirth by natural forces and for the ones who will give birth by a caesarean section. Classes taught by our qualified staff cover issues related to childbirth, such as:
Additionally, during one-day individual classes, Medicover Hospital midwives will be happy to answer questions about the puerperium period or care for a newborn baby:
The one-day meeting is a great opportunity to get to know the midwives from the delivery route; they will welcome you to our ward and you will stay under their care until the end of your stay in the hospital.
As Medicover has been actively involved in promoting health prophylaxis for years, the offer of our Birth School could not be complete without Baby First Aid Course. Thanks to it, parents-to-be can supplement their knowledge with practical information that will come in handy in moments of danger to the child’s health and life.
Classes will be held at the Szkoła Narodzin Jeannette
at ul. Grupy AK “Północ" 2/33
(Mokotów, near Czerniakowska and Al. Polski Walczącej)
The Birth School classes are in English; they can be attended by pregnant woman and accompanying persons.
Individual meetings will be carried out in one day, at a time agreed with the participants.
Triage at the entrance is mandatory. Please bring extra socks and a snack (this applies especially to pregnant women). We provide tea, coffee and water.
The first aid course takes place on a separate day. In order to arrange the date of the course, please call the Hospital’s Helpline on +48 500 900 902.
